As a loyal customer of Hollister, I'm thrilled to share my positive experiences with the brand. Although I do have some minor issues, my overall satisfaction with their products and services far outweighs any drawbacks.

One of the things that stands out is the free shipping benefit I receive as a gold member. With my high spending habits, it's well worth the extra cost to get my purchases delivered straight to my doorstep without having to pay an additional fee - like I did once when I got charged $7 for shipping, which I think isn't very fair.

My only gripe is that on rare occasions, I've had to send items back for refunds rather than exchanges. This can be a bit of a hassle, but it's not enough to deter me from shopping at Hollister regularly.

As an avid fan of new sweatshirts, I'm always excited to browse their latest collections. With over 100 hoodies in my closet (yes, you read that right!), Hollister is one of the only two brands I'll wear. Their high-quality products have earned a special place in my heart - and wardrobe.

One suggestion I would make is to consider categorizing your clothing by length, especially for shorts and swim shorts. It can be frustrating to sift through multiple sizes before finding what I'm looking for (like 9-inch length short pants). Perhaps you could add an additional sorting option to make it easier for customers like me?

On a personal note, I have to share my amazing experience with Hollister's black and white long sweatpants. When I first wore them, I felt fantastic - from head to toe, I was rocking all-Hollister attire (including underwear, sorry not sorry!). Even in the Dallas Texas mall, people went crazy when they saw me walking around. Alas, after washing my outfit, the pants' pockets faded a bit, but it's still a minor complaint.

I do appreciate your employees in Fairfield, California - they're truly off the hook! As an extremely satisfied customer (except for that one pair of black and white long sweatpants), I'll continue to shop at Hollister. Thank you for all that you do, and God bless!
